Join Thomas Palmer for the best of the best with this classic dining experience. He prepares a meal with the freshest local ingredients from our Skagit Valley farms to the seas of Puget Sound. This just might include salmon, duck, beef, oysters, or whatever is the freshest ingredient. The first course starts with a champagne cocktail tasting followed by your white and red wines.
